“ Our favorite place for sushi. Edo Japan has an awesome Happy Hour, which includes bar drinks, appetizers, and sushi rolls . Their prices are incredible during Happy Hour. Their rolls are fresh, and you can watch the chefs prepare the dishes. The dining room is beautifully decorated, giving it a chill vibe. Edo Japan is packed for Happy Hour. The staff is awesome and quick to satisfy your needs. The only downside is the parking situation. This is located in a shopping plaza that anchors Freebirds, Firehouse Subs, and Olive Garden across the way. There are only 2 Handicapped parking spots. I do recommend this wonderful fun restaurant, especially for date night. ”
“ Took the wife for Valentines Day, first time here but enjoyed the experience overall! Very well laid out and atmosphere was nice for a date night - a couple of the sushi rolls we tried were not that good, but could be our own tastes on that. The rest of the sushi was great, service was awesome, and was a great time aside from the parking lot. ”

“ I often come here for lunch — but yes, I’m also the lady who comes back for Happy Hour at Edo Japan! The food is outstanding, and the bar staff, Mark and Michael, are fantastic. Management is top-notch — Anna, the manager, is always walking around making sure every customer is satisfied. The waitstaff is awesome and always so helpful! The music is great, but I do miss the country tunes. We live in a small town here in Rockwall, and most of the restaurants play country music — it just fits the vibe! Please bring back some country variety to your playlist. ”
